Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase from Allbirds and is subject to explicit acceptance. Allbirds reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Insufficient stock availability
Payment processing issues
Anti-fraud measures

Order processing requires 1-3 business days before shipment. Delivery typically occurs within 7-12 business days. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days after you receive your order.
To be eligible, products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except when the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Once returned items arrive and are inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order only within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, it may not be possible to cancel as order processing may have already begun.
